Project Description
Kanban is a common framework for agile and DevOps software development that provides transparency of work and team capacity. Kanban boards in Jira Software help teams visualize their workflow, limit work-in-progress, and maximize efficiency.
The way this Kanban Board will work on our project is by giving us an out-of-the-box workflow for our Backlog by classifying user stories (also known as issues) with 3 tags: "To Do" for Development, "In Progress", and "Done". This lets the product owner (in this case myself) add tasks to the backlog, and move them to "Done" once the task or user story is fully baked in accordance with Road Map stated on the Scope of Work Document.
This Tracker will allows us to keep track of all activities, including issues (User Stories) and their updates, people assigned, team comments, and so on. Since Jira software is restrictive when it comes to publicly share access to projects, we are relying on third-party add on called 'External Share for Jira' to grant access to the aforementioned reports.
